PANEL DISCUSSION:
CENTRAL BANK DIGITAL MONEY - PROGRESS, OR DANGER?

The history of money is virtually as long as the history of human civilization. Until now, the primary role of means of payment was to store value over time. With the development of technology, we are using physical banknotes and coins less and less in commerce. Currently, dozens of central banks are working on the introduction of an all-digital currency. Initially, it would operate alongside traditional money. Will such a solution really be a major advance for civilization, or will it limit property rights? How will it affect the system banking?
