Time for Young Leaders - changes in education, labour market and in the pension system.

Young generation of Leaders, with new, unique skills is successfully taking part in creating new solutions for common future. How does the education changes in the era of the Internet of Things? Will modern education keep up with ever-changing labour market? What skills will be crucial in the coming decade? How will workers’ rights change in the era of new forms of employment? Can we expect major changes in the pension system? How young people can prepare themselves for new challenges in terms of security environment?

Future Leader’s skills - how to encourage young people to engage in intelligent, innovative and diverse Europe

Digital technologies and skills of the 21st century are a key part of modern citizenship and contemporary life. During the discussion, we will look at modern instruments for education, management and youth work. We will discuss the abilities that young leaders will need in the nearest future. Possibilities and challenges for young people will be also discussed in order to encourage youth into activities connected with economy and civil society.
