Another challenge for future European elites is strengthen of the external policy and EU security policy because it’s still on the stage of planning. The FAKRO company produces and sells roof windows. The company started its activity in Nowy Sącz. The main topic of Ryszard Florek presentation was the problem of deficiency of appropriate climate for business development in Poland. Based on his own experience in cooperation with entrepreneurs of different nations he noticed that Poles the most often think about themselves at first and in the second place about good of the community. And according to him this is the biggest obstacle of economic development of our country. The next problem which he was talking about were the negative relationships among people based very often of feeling of envy. This thing obstructs many times human potential and development. Very often the entrepreneurs are perceived in negative way by the society. Unfortunately this kind of situation takes place in Poland and it should be changed.
