President Przemysław Daca is a master's engineer in environmental protection. He worked in local government administration at the Marshal's Office of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, where he dealt with environmental protection and the wastewater management. For over 10 years he worked at the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Maritime Economy and Inland Navigation. As the director and deputy director of the department, he dealt with inland navigation and inland waterways. For many years, he has been cooperating with institutions responsible for water management in the area of maintenance and modernization of inland waterways. On January 17, 2018 Przemysław Daca was appointed the President of Państwowe Gospodarstwo Wodne Wody Polskie (PGW WP).
