Since October 2012 he serves as the CEO of Nationale-Nederlanden PTE S.A. (formerly ING PTE S.A).
Previously he worked at the Brokerage House of the Gdansk’s Bank, the Commercial Union Life Insurance Company and the American Bank in Poland. In 1998 he has joined Nationale-Nederlanden Association of Public Employees' Retirement S.A, where he was a senior investment specialist, deputy director of the Investment Department and then its director (responsible for managing the fixed-income portfolio).
In February 2004, he was appointed as a Member of the Board of Association and in October 2006 as Vice President of the Board of Nationale-Nederlanden PTE S.A.
In his professional career he has many achievements. Grzegorz Chłopek has definitely contributed to the growth and made his managed pension fund the leading financial institution in Poland , in terms of the number of clients and the amount of managed assets.
He graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology (Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology), he was a lecturer at the Actuarial Summer School (Department of Economic Sciences, University of Warsaw), and a stock market broker (License No. 432). Holder of the CFA title.

Jaak Mikkel took over the position of General Manager and President of the Board of Coca-Cola HBC Polska in May this year. Previously, for four years Jakk Mikkel worked as General Manager and President of the Board of Coca-Cola HBC Romania. He joined Coca-Cola HBC in 2008 as Sales Manager in the Baltics. In 2012 he was appointed General Manager of Pivara Skopje in FYROM, managing CCHBC joint venture with Heineken.
Prior to joining Coca-Cola HBC, Jaak Mikkel spent 10 years with Shell, where he held a range of positions in Retail CEE countries, progressing to Retail Sales Manager for Estonia.
Jaak Mikkel graduated from International Business at Concordia International University Estonia.
In private life Jaak Mikkel is a husband and father of two teenagers. His passion is basketball and good music.

Stoyan Ivanov has been working for the Coca-Cola Company for 12 years. He was a long-time member of company’s finance team. Gradual promotions lead him to become the Finance Director for Central and Eastern Europe for new products and non-carbonated drinks.
In 2015 he was appointed a Franchise Country Manager for Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is the youngest person in the global history of the company to be appointed General Manager. He previously gained experience while working as a Business Analyst for Lukoil Bulgaria.

Sustainability Manager at IKEA Retail in Poland
Katarzyna Dulko-Gaszyna has been responsible for implementing the sustainability strategy “People and Planet Positive” for the IKEA Poland retail chain since 2011. Previously she was responsible for Corporate Social Responsibility activities in the publishing industry (RASP media group). Her main areas of expertise are responsible consumption and communication, sustainability strategy for the development of products and services, waste management with a focus on recyclable materials and circular lifecycle, solar energy, as well as community involvement projects.
She graduated from, among others, political science and environmental management at the Jagiellonian University, Warsaw University of Technology and the German Universities of Hamburg and Bremen. Katarzyna comes from Oświęcim but has been living in Warsaw, together with her family, for many years.

The Daniel Morgan Graduate School of National Security (DMGS) offers a professional and executive education that is easily tailored to students who wish to pursue a career in national security or those who currently work in the national security community. DMGS enables professionals to address the national security challenges of the new century by encouraging them to rethink tradition and assess new forms of policy analysis.
Second year law student at the faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, where actively engages in scientific activities, the work of student associations such as European Law Students Association, Forum for Young Diplomats and works of the Students government UJ. From May it has been the function of the Youth Delegate of RP to Of the United Nations for the 73rd General Assembly. In October, during the proceedings of the Third United Nations Committee, together with Klaudia Klonowska, we will represent the interests of Polish youth in the global arena.
